Policy
໑ All clearance / discounted items not exchangeable.
໑ For hygiene reason, all under garments not exchangeable.
໑ Only damaged item(s) are exchangeable.(Tiny stains / minor snag on fabric or stitching / measurement discrepancy +/-1~3cm are not consider as damage)
໑ Exchange item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags /labels attached.
໑ Order issue(damaged/missing item(s) etc) must be arouse within 2 days after parcel received. Overtime claims will not be entertained.
໑ Returning item(s) must be sent back to us within 5 days. Overtime claims will not be entertained.
໑ Each purchase order could only request for exchange once for same style,size and color.
໑ Buyer are to be responsible for any costs associated with returning item(s) to us.

໑ Order will be consider "Finished & Expired" 5 days after parcel dispatched. Claims for an Expired Order will not be entertained.
Procedure

໑ Please return parcel by SF Express and provide tracking no. after parcel sent out. Any return parcel sent by surface mail or any other non-traceable mailing ways, mailing risk to be undertake by buyer..
໑ Upon return item received. We will sent out exchange item by SF Express Freight Collect. Tracking no. will be provided upon parcel dispatched.
