*If purchase amount does not reach the threshold specified in the "Free Shipping Offer" due to refund/exchange, delivery charge of such order needs to be re-charged, relevant delivery fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount*
2. Cut-Off time
11 am on all working days (Monday ~ Friday, Except Public Holidays). Order confirmed before cut-off time will be dispatch within 48 hours. Order confirmed after Cut-off time will be dispatch on the next working day. No parcel dispatch on Weekends & Public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Actual delivery time varies for different regions. Under normal circumstances, delivery of commercial & industrial buildings takes around 1-2 working days; for non-commercial buildings, residential area or remote areas require additional working days for processing. As delivery services are to be provided by third party service provider, KIDDYHOUSE is not liable for any loss caused by any delay. Any request for specific date/time delivery will be remarked from courier for reference only, no guarantee for actual delivery time.
KIDDYHOUSE will do our best to arrange efficient delivery service. However, actual delivery time may affect by transport legislation,customs, logistics arrangements, weather and local or Hong Kong public holidays. Package delivery time and actual arrival time could not be the reason for cancellation of an order.
4. Additional Charges
- Separate Shipments – For each order, only a single delivery (single time & single receipt address) arrangement will be deploy. Customer requests for separated shipment will be responsible for all additional freight.
- If receipt is needed, please remark when you place your order. Any request for receipt after parcel dispatched will be sent out by by SF Freight Collect.
- All orders will only be deliver to corresponding address listed under "Delivery Detail" coloum. Other address provided under "Remarks" coloum will not be considered.
- Change Delivery Address – Change of delivery address would not be entertain after order confirmed. Any change delivery address request after order confirmation will be consider as second time delivery arrangement. Customer will be responsible for all additional freight.
- Fail to Deliver – Upon parcel returned due to incorrect or insufficient address given by customer; rejected by recipient;or unclaimed parcel. KIDDYHOUSE will contact customer, customer who would like to re-arrange delivery will be responsible for all additional freight. If customer request cancellation of order, freight (including fee delivery order) for first delivery will be deducted. Balance will be refund. If any parcel fail to be deliver after second delivery arrange, all freight involved (including fee delivery order) will be deducted. Balance will be refund.
- Holiday Special Delivery Arrangements – If customers request for special arrangements to dispatch parcel on weekend or public holidays, Special arrangement charge is required. HK$300 per order
5. Combine Orders
In event two order has been place by same customer with same delivery information, KIDDYHOUSE will arrange separate delivery for each individual order. If a combine delivery is needed, please notify us before the order confirmation.
6. Short Supply Orders
KIDDYHOUSE works hard to ensure stable and adequate supply of merchandise, occasionally, if there is a shortage of any item after order confirmed, we will notify the customer by email. Customers may decide to convert for another items or request for a refund for the shortage item. If order amount is less than free delivery requirement after refund, customer is required to pay for the order freight. Such delivery charge is to be deducted from the refund amount and the balance will be arranged for refund. Refund will be completed within 7 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience cause in such event.
7. Parcel Tariff Outside Hong Kong
Customers may be required to pay duties, import duties, goods and services tax, value-added tax (VAT) or other import sales tax for oversea parcels. Relevant fees will be collected from customer upon parcel arrival. Customs ordinance varies by country or territory. Customers please contact the local customs department for any inquiry. Customers may also be required to pay for other fees, such as administrative or handling charges for custom declaration. The customer is required to pay the relevant fee to the delivery company upon receipt of parcel. We will not refund or re-deliver any rejected parcel in case customer reject such parcel delivery due to refusal of duties and/or taxes; the inability to provide required documents or other related reasons.
