Online Shopping Guide
- Both Registered members and non-registered customers are welcome
- For Registered members, please sign in before shopping to enable recording system calculate VIP Scheme credit points and to provide any applicable membership benefits
- Add selected items in cart (please confirm color / style / size option if applicable)
- Go to Checkout Page, select Delivery and Payment method
- Proceed to Checkout, fill in Customer Info and Delivery Detail
- Make payment and provide payment proof (Customer will receive an Order Confirmation email, and hereafter, order cannot be cancel or amend)
- Parcel delivery will be arrange after order confirmed
- Customer will receive a Delivery Status email (with Tracking number if applicable) after parcel dispatched.
- Merchandise successful sent to customer
**Only one Kiddyhouse account can be registered per member. Kiddyhouse has the right to terminate any account or cancel an order without prior notice if it is found that the customer includes, but not limited to, impersonating or providing any false data, using any technology intended to conceal the use of multiple accounts, abusing concessions in any way or having multiple adverse purchase records. Kiddyhouse also retains all rights to pursue legal action.
